The New York State Public Service Commission (NYPSC) is holding public hearings all around New York City and White Plains during January concerning the application filed by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) filed May 4, 2007 to increase its annual electric revenues by $1.225 billion.
